September 8th and 9th, 2008 – Registration and full-buffet breakfast starts at 7:30 a.m. on Monday, September 8th. Our meeting will start promptly at 8:00 a.m. on Monday and Tuesday. We are currently planning to have a full day on Tuesday.

This rate is only available until August 18, 2008, so please make your reservations early.

A fee of $135.00 will be collected from each meeting attendee to cover the cost of the full buffet breakfasts, lunches, afternoon refreshments, and meeting room expenses associated with this ROC meeting. There are two way to pay this fee.

By Check: Please bring a check to cover this fee with you. Make the check payable to: ASSE – Region One. Mary Silva, Region One ARVP Finance, will collect your checks and provide you with a receipt on Monday, September 8th. The ROC meeting fees vary from meeting to meeting depending on the expenses encountered at each meeting site. OR

By PayPal: To pay in advance use Pay Pal; (Cost is $140.00 to cover the PayPal fee).

1. Go to www.paypal.com
2. Select the "Send Money" tab located at the top of the PayPal page.
3. Log into your existing account, or create one.
4. Enter msilva@castlecooke.com in the “Email Recipient” address line.
5. Enter $140.00 in the “amount” box”. The extra $3.00 covers the PayPal processing fee.
6. Select “Service” in the “Category of Purchase” box. If you select “cash”, your bank will charge a transaction fee of approximately $25.00.
7. Enter “Region 1 Meeting September 2008” in the “Email Subject” box.
8. Enter your name and chapter affiliation in the “Note” box, to ensure that we recognize your advanced payment. Failure to provide this information may result in your chapter being invoiced for the meeting fee.

The San Diego Chapter is arranging for tickets to the Monday night, September 8th game between the San Diego Padres and the Los Angeles Dodgers. Tickets are only $10.00 each! Please be sure to indicate on your ROC RSVP if you will be attending the game, and if you will be bringing guests, how many. Cindy Reyes will be collecting your payment for the game tickets on Monday morning.
